An exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at one of the Top 3 largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Duration: 3 months Contract

Contract Rate: 325.00 per day

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within our client company.

Delivering full life-cycle recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will use their abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. They will manage the approval to hire/approval to offer process and create job offer letters on behalf of the HR function.

As the public face of the company during the recruiting process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures that a positive candidate experience is achieved, from the initial application to the final on-boarding process.

Experience & Knowledge

Direct experience of job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).

Familiarity with Office applications as well as popular social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, are a must.

Basic knowledge of contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements and service level agreements.

Knowledge of the full life cycle recruitment process is required.

Desirable

Experience of recruiting for science or technical roles

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries

Education & qualifications

Degree level qualification desirable but not essential
