Client and Candidate Survey Results for 2009/2010

Clinical Professionals is always listening to the feedback of our customers and pro actively seeks your feedback on a quality basis.

A detailed survey taken across a total sample of 17 Clients and 90 Candidates during 2009/2010 has confirmed the following rationale for naming Clinical Professionals as their number one recruitment service in the Pharmaceutical Industry.


85.7% of our Clients say that they rate their experience with Clinical Professionals as ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’. The primary reasons for using Clinical Professionals is our Consultants understanding of the Industries and related disciplines in which we operate and the deep and expert knowledge we have.

81.8% of our Clients say that Clinical Professionals have delivered for them on projects and recruitment opportunities.

These results were shadowed by positive feedback from Clients, who state they appreciate the ‘Good Communication’ with our consultants and the ‘Flexibility and Understanding’ are admirable to help meet the Clients requirements. Clients also commented on the ‘Quality of candidates submitted and the fact they understood the job profile’. They continued that the CP Staff were ‘Knowledgeable’ to the information provided to them by the Client

For our candidates the results were equally as positive,

72% of Permanent and Contract Candidates agree that the experience with Clinical Professionals was ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ and the primary reason that they come to Clinical Professionals when looking for new opportunities is the chance for them to work with a company with a ‘good reputation’ and ‘reliable and efficient service’. Not only did candidates find the CP team ‘Helpful and friendly’ but many of the positive candidate responses came from placed candidates who are using Clinical Professionals for a second time.

69% of Candidates rated Clinical Professionals as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good compared to other recruitment companies.

87% of Candidates stated they would use Clinical Professionals in the future for applying to positions within the industry.

Clinical Professionals Surveys are carried out quarterly to ensure we have an up to date assessment of the market, and can provide Clients and Candidates with an excellent service, expert knowledge and consultative approach to jobseekers.
