Clinical Professionals AGM Celebrates a ‘Fantastic’ Year
On Friday 30th May, The Clinical Professionals Group held our AGM to mark the start of the new financial year, and commencing Clinical Professionals’ 8th year of trading.
The day began with a motivational speech from Neil Clough, who came third in the 2013 series of the UK’s Apprentice, on what keeps him motivated and how to motivate yourself to achieve your full potential.
The day highlighted the success of The Clinical Professionals Group in the last financial year, which saw the launch of Regulatory Professionals; reaching our 10,000th job; and breaking various company records, including the record for the most placed candidates in a month.
In the afternoon, employees took part in a ‘Dragons Den’ style activity, with teams competing against each other to pitch the best idea or initiative to drive and accelerate growth for the Clinical Professionals Group in the next financial year.
The ‘Dragons Den’ style activity provided employees with the chance to provide input into how to achieve our mission statement: “to double turnover by 2015 by diversification of services, geographic expansion and investment in our people.”
The winning team won the Clinical Professionals’ team trophy, along with paid lunch and an afternoon off to discuss their winning idea with The Clinical Professionals Group’s CEO, Yvette Cleland.
