Clinical Professionals has been Shortlisted for APSCo Awards 2015
Clinical Professionals are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted for the APSCo “Innovator of the Year” award and “Recruitment Company of the Year £5-£50m turnover”. Both awards are in recognition of professional staffing. Clinical Professionals is Europe’s leading Life Sciences staffing business placing exceptional candidates in the globes leading pharma, biotech and med tech organisations and working at close hand with the many emerging SME Life Sciences companies in the UK and Europe. We work with our clients to find innovative and cost effective solutions to their staffing requirements in an industry that is continually challenged by skills shortages.
APSCo is the professional staffing industry trade body, and works to ensure that their members abide to the high quality standards and codes of conduct set by the organisation. The ‘Innovator of the Year’ award rewards the member or individual that has ‘conceived and brought to the recruitment market the most innovative or pioneering idea over the past 12 months’. While the ‘Recruitment Company of the year’ award recognises market ‘that has most consistently demonstrated the professional values and exceptional performance’.
The next stage of the award process will require Clinical Professionals to go before a specialist panel of judges, the winner is then selected after this stage based on the nominee’s performance. Since Clinical Professional’s inception, we have gained numerous awards and accolades, the latest of which was being “Highly Commended” at the Global Recruiter awards that took place at the end of June. We hope that this year’s APSCo awards will help gain us further recognition, especially for our Graduate Academy which is ground-breaking in its concept and is now allowing our talented UK Life Sciences graduates to gain entry level roles in industry. Being shortlisted alone gives us great optimism and motivates us further to be the best for our candidates, clients and staff alike.
