Clinical Professionals kicks off the New Year with another successful instalment of the Training Academy
Our first Graduate Academy of 2018 has just taken place, with another 4 planned this year.
After a rigorous screening process, with around 400 applicants, the best 7 life science graduates made it onto the programme. All were super keen to expand their knowledge and skills, and having successfully passed the course they are ready to secure their first role in industry.
The programme provides an in-depth insight into the clinical research industry through classroom taught sessions with our in-house industry experts, workshops such as ‘design your own trial’, online modules and homework activities over a period of 2 weeks. Attendees are assessed throughout with quizzes, a final exam and presentation. They also get help with CVs and interview skills from our dedicated graduate recruitment experts.

We’re delighted that a number of clients are now on their 6th graduate hire, proving the real value, they add and how cost-effective they are in a real skills short market. With our new advanced course ‘Clinical Trials Redesigned’ piloting in February 2018, we hope to start seeing some of these faces on this course in about 12 months’ time!
