Clinical Professionals Launch Graduate Training Academy
The Clinical Professionals Group is renowned for its innovation and added value services to the Life Sciences industry and is delighted to announce the launch of its unique Life Sciences Graduate Academy.
With staff turnover in some core roles in clinical drug development running at 29% attrition and escalating, Clinical Professionals wanted to take a pro-active role in bringing a solution to an ever growing issue. The Life Sciences Graduate Academy is designed to identify, fully fund and train the most talented Life Sciences Graduates.
On completion of an industry leading training program the graduates are then deployed into “first to industry” roles (CTA/CRA positions). To ensure ease of transition into industry, for all Graduate trainees there will be access to a mentor and continued professional development program to support them during that crucial first 12 months.
By taking a pro-active approach to identifying, funding and training high calibre science graduates, Clinical Professionals’ Graduate Academy will help increase the volume of new highly trained professionals entering industry for the first time therefore having a positive impact on retention by offering the industry a new pool of talented, high quality candidates.
Clinical Professionals will provide full mentor support to successful graduates during the first 12 months ensuring no additional strain on a CRO or Pharma companies training department. The training is free of charge to both the client and graduates*.
The Graduate Academy will also provide the option for graduates to progress from CTA onto a CRA course if appropriate for the individual and all successful candidates will receive a retention bonus after 12 months of continuous employment in order to assist with retention and minimise turnover for the client.
