Clinical Professionals New Charity Endeavour with The Arrows Group Foundation
Clinical Professionals is delighted to announce that our JustGiving page is now live.
This year Clinical Professionals has embarked upon a charitable collaboration with the Arrows Group Foundation.
The Arrows Group Foundation was first created in 2014 by Adrian Treacy, Arrows Group COO and Co-Founder, after witnessing the extent of child poverty in Delhi, in particular a 3 year old girl who was homeless and alone. As a result, the foundation was created as an independent charity with the sole aim of changing the lives of many children in India like the little girl, through imparting the same opportunities for improvement with a dedicated network of volunteers and a skill development approach.
The Arrows Group Foundation believe strongly in supporting younger generations by imparting valuable training that will enable them in their career through counselling and coaching for particular job selection and skills relating to basic computing and accounting.
The Foundation also aid the development of essential skills for general employability purposes such as spoken English, business communication, emailing writing and telephone etiquette.
Clinical Professionals has proudly aided various other charities from Rainbow’s Trust – A charity that supports families who have a child with a terminal illness, to The Silverline – A 24 hr helpline for older people.
We have raised money through activities such as skydives, games days, bake sales and look forward to planning many more events to help raise money for the Arrows Group Foundation.
One of our Directors, Sarah Goddard, is taking part sponsored bike ride:
“Having completed a life-long dream of doing a skydive last year for The Silverline, I wanted to carry on my charitable contributions so have decided this year to take on the Prudential Ride London challenge which is a challenging road cycling event of 100 miles across the London and Surrey countryside, encompassing the notorious Box and Leith Hill climbs! I think people should sponsor me purely for my potential saddle soreness, which no doubt will be painful, but in the grand scheme of things a small price to pay for those in poverty.”
