Clinical Professionals Raise Money for Save the Children

On Friday, the Clinical Professionals Group took part in Christmas Jumper Day, raising money for Save the Children.

Employees paid £1 to wear their Christmas jumper (or outfit) to work, with employees who forgot being fined £2.  Employees also baked cakes to bring in and sell, raising more money for the charity.

2014 was the third Christmas Jumper Day, raising money for the charity, Save the Children.

Save the Children works across in 120 countries.  The charity helps children who are in emergency situations, in poverty, missing out on school, suffering from hunger and health problems, or in danger of exploitation or neglect.  The charity helped 15.4 million children through their work in 2013.

Clinical Professionals’ CEO, Yvette Cleland, commented:
“This Xmas Clinical Professionals has filled 60 toy boxes for under privileged children and to round our activities up we also decided to support the wonderful Save the Children Charity. The spirit and generosity of all of our team members has again been outstanding in supporting those less fortunate than us this Xmas.”
