Clinical Professionals Shortlisted for Global Recruiter’s Best Small Recruitment Business Award
Clinical Professionals, Europe’s leading independent life science staffing company, have been shortlisted for Global Recruiter’s Best Small Recruitment Business Award.
The winners will be announced on the 25th June 2015 at an award ceremony held at Café de Paris in London.
The Global Recruiter UK Industry Awards are judged by a team of experts drawn from the recruitment industry. The awards identify the best from the current UK recruitment industry.
The Best Small Recruitment Business Award recognises organisations who offer outstanding customer service, candidate experience and involvement with the community they serve. The award also examines the company’s approach to supporting internal talent and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Clinical Professionals constantly strive to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, while supporting the training and career development of internal employees. In the last year the company has grown from 60 to 75 employees, alongside publishing job advice pages on the Clinical Professionals website to provide job seekers with access to advice on the job search process.
Clinical Professionals has also launched their Training Academy, a unique service to industry, which trains talented Life Sciences Graduates before deploying them into “first to industry” clinical roles.
Yvette Cleland, Clinical Professionals’ CEO, commented “It is no longer enough to just be a “good staffing business”, we have to add value to an industry we are passionate about by offering clients and candidates alike innovative and ground breaking initiatives that allow us as an industry to engage with and build a better future for UK graduates and apprentices and offer additional value added services that enhance the experience of our valued clients and candidates in this global war for talent.”
Clinical Professionals have been shortlisted for the award alongside four other recruitment companies.
