Clinical Professionals have been shortlisted at the Global Recruiter Awards
We are also overjoyed to announce that Clinical Professionals, Europe’s leading life science recruiter, has been shortlisted for the Global Recruiter’s Best Innovation award for our Training Academy!
The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on the 23rd of June at Café de Paris, London.
Clinical Professionals launched the Training Academy, as a unique service to industry, which trains talented Life Sciences Graduates before deploying them into “first to industry” clinical roles. This innovative programme was proposed when we noticed a significant skill deficit that was growing at an alarming rate within the Life Sciences industry as highly trained employees at many prominent companies were leaving the work force, while there was a significant lack of candidates to fill the vacancies.
For the past 6 years the Global Recruiter UK Awards celebrates the best of the best within the recruitment industry. Companies are judged by a team of experts drawn from the recruitment industry itself to recognise outstanding performance, services contribution with a variety of different categories.
Previously Clinical Professionals was highly commended for the category of Best Small Recruitment Business Award. The Best Small Recruitment Business category recognised organisations who offer outstanding customer service, candidate experience and involvement with the community they serve. The award also examined the company’s approach to supporting internal talent and Corporate Social Responsibility.
For the innovation category companies can submit a brand new or addition to an existing product, process or service for their clients.
