Clinical Professionals Support The Silver Line with Spooky Halloween Games Day!
Last Friday Clinical Professionals Group held a Halloween themed games day with the aim to raise funds for our chosen charity The Silver Line.
The Silver Line offers information, friendship and advice to elderly people within the UK, helping combat the widespread issue of loneliness within the older generation. Many of the staff at Clinical Professionals in addition to fund raising for The Silver Line, also donate time as volunteers and “friends of The Silver Line”.
Employees took part in spooky themed activities, which included a “Viral Outbreak!” where positive relationship building with candidates and clients gave CP employees the opportunity to “bite” colleagues turning them into zombies and hinder their chance of the big prize. A gruesome lucky dip which involved participants delving into buckets of “brains” and “guts” with the chance of winning rewards, fancy dress competition and a pumpkin carving bonanza.
The day also included a bone chilling bake sale, where all the proceeds also went to The Silver Line charity.
We are happy to announce that our fundraising efforts have raised £159.47 overall, this was then matched by Clinical Professionals to make a grand total of £318.94 donation to The Silver Line Charity!
Yvette Cleland commented “Our games days bring a fantastic level of engagement from our teams as they have fun in the work place, raise funds for our favourite charity The Silver Line and just allow us all to have a great fun Friday.”
