Clinical Professionals Wins at the Global Recruiter Awards 2016
Last night Clinical Professionals, Europe’s leading life science recruiter, attended the Global Recruiter awards with hopes of winning the award for Best Innovation in Recruitment for our Life Science Training Academy, accredited by the Science Council.
We are pleased to announce we have won!
The Global Recruiter UK Awards celebrates the best and brightest within the professional staffing industry, judged by a team of experts drawn from the recruitment sector to recognise outstanding performance and service contribution within a variety of different categories.
In order to be considered for the innovation category, Clinical Professionals were required to submit a brand new or addition to an existing product, process or service for their clients. Our Life Science Training Academy proved to be the perfect choice.
Clinical Professionals first launched the Training Academy in May 2015 to provide the Life Science industry a unique service that trains the best Life Science graduates and work to gain them “first to industry” roles post trading within clinical drug development.
As a leading voice within life sciences staffing and feedback from both clients and candidates we decided to design, fund and provide long-term funding for our brightest life sciences graduates with our unique program. Clinical Professionals has now trained and placed over 20 graduates into first to industry roles and has now increased its programs to supply more highly trained graduates to industry.
