Established in 2001, NORA rewards the excellence within the UK online recruitment process. We are delighted to be entering into these respected awards, and as we reach our 8th successful year recruiting into the pharmaceutical industry.

Why do we believe we deserve your nomination?
This year we have continued to improve our mobile website, helping you to view our site across multiple different platforms. Our website is also regularly updated with the latest pharmaceutical jobs and industry news, and we constantly work to ensure that the right candidate is placed into the right position every time.
We have also launched a weekly job digest, allowing candidates easy access to some of the latest pharmaceutical jobs that we are recruiting for.
We re-launched our YouTube page earlier this year, providing candidates with access to job search tips, information about Clinical Professionals, and the opportunity to meet some of our consultants across the business.
In the past year we have launched both a UK and European wide salary survey, providing clients and candidates alike with useful information on how their salary matches to the industry average where they live.
Finally, we re-launched our company websites earlier this year, with a new layout and design to ensure easier navigation between pages.
