From the day you join us you will have experienced and knowledgeable Managers and Directors constantly giving you support, development and feedback, as well as Consultants who have been with us for some time who will happily lend a hand if you need some urgent assistance.
You will attend a modular ITC (Initial Training Course) and you will be supported in your development with a ‘logbook’ for your first three months. You will have weekly reviews with your line manager and feedback, so any training issues can be caught quickly and further development given. You will progress gradually over the first 3 months to be fully self-sufficient and confident in your role and abilities.
Training never stops at Clinical Professionals, it is integral to your development and consistent throughout your career. We offer everything from lunch time workshops and forums called ‘Tradecraft’, peer to peer training, off-site training, external trainers, dedicated functional and specialist development, and management and leadership training. Once you completed and had your ‘logbook’ signed off you are then supported via monthly PDP’s (Personal Development Plans) with you line manager. To ensure we are always listening to our recruitment consultants and resoutcers, they hold a regular ‘forum’ to inform and guide the business on further training and initiatives of interest, innovative ideas and solutions.
